This privacy policy sets out how The Wick Society uses and protects any information you give us when you join our Membership Scheme or use our website (wickheritage.org).

At The Wick Society, we are committed to ensuring the privacy of our website visitors is protected. You can be assured that any information collected when you are using this website will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may change this policy from time to time, these changes will be placed here and will supersede this version of our Policy. However, you should read this document each time you use our website to ensure it still meets with your approval.

Google Analytics

When someone visits wickheritage.org, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Access to your personal information

Under GDPR, you are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. If you would like a copy of the information held on your, please write to The Wick Society at the address below. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at museum@wickheritage.org . We will immediately correct any information found to be incorrect.
