Chris Sinclair talks about his varied career which has provided opportunities to work in a range of locations throughout the World. As an accomplished hydrographic surveyor, he worked within the oil and gas sector, carrying out asset inspections and detailed sea-bed mapping. He also had the opportunity to work in a similar capacity within the renewable energy sector.
The range of skills acquired has led to his current role as Site Manager at Nucleus: The Nuclear and Caithness Archives, based in Wick. He explains about the relocation and conservation of archive material, relating to the nuclear industry, from different locations throughout Britain.
Chris also talks about his interest in photography and history, and his involvement in the Caithness Broch Project.
