Museum re-opens for 2009
Wick Heritage Museum re-opens for the 2009 season on Friday 10 April. During the autumn/winter period Members of the Society have been committed to an on-going processs of refurbishment, particularly around the entrance rooms. A series of special events have helped to finance the work and to continue the programme of gradual upgrading throughout the building.
The special display created in 2008 marking the 500th anniversary of printing is Scotland is being continued for this season.
Make a date in your diary to visit the Museum this year and encourage your visitors during this `Year of Homecoming` to include the Wick Heritage Museum in their itinerary.
